By accessing or purchasing from epicsyncpro.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the services.

Services & Digital Delivery
EpicSyncPro provides digital software tools and subscriptions delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery is considered complete when:
- Access credentials are issued
- An account is activated
- Software functionality becomes available
Payments & Final Sale
All purchases are final once digital access is granted.
Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, refunds are not provided after access. This applies to lifetime, subscription, discounted, and promotional purchases.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and valid contact information, including a functioning email address.
Failure to receive access due to the following does not constitute non-delivery and is not refundable:
- Typographical errors
- Invalid or fake email addresses
- Spam filtering
- Failure to check inbox or junk folders
Support Requirement
Customers must contact EpicSyncPro support and allow reasonable time for resolution before requesting refunds or initiating chargebacks.

Chargebacks & Dispute Abuse
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Permanent account suspension
- Loss of services without refund
EpicSyncPro actively contests disputes involving delivered digital services or customer-caused issues.
License & Usage
EpicSyncPro grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Prohibited actions include:
- Sharing or reselling access
- Redistributing software
- Circumventing safeguards
- Reverse engineering
Violations may result in termination without refund.
Lifetime Access Definition
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product or service, not the lifetime of the customer.
EpicSyncPro may modify, replace, or discontinue services at any time.
Third-Party Platforms
EpicSyncPro is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform or publisher. Customers acknowledge:
- Use is at their own risk
- EpicSyncPro is not responsible for bans, suspensions, or penalties
- Third-party enforcement does not constitute non-delivery or grounds for a refund
Compatibility & Updates
EpicSyncPro does not guarantee compatibility with all systems, configurations, or future updates. Functionality may change due to updates, patches, or external factors beyond EpicSyncPro's control.
Use at Own Risk
Software may involve automation or advanced scripting. Customers assume full responsibility for use and outcomes.
Evidence & Logs
EpicSyncPro maintains access logs, system records, and delivery confirmations which constitute proof of service delivery.
Termination
EpicSyncPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:
- Terms violations
- Abuse or misuse
- Chargeback abuse
- Fraudulent activity
No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpicSyncPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
EpicSyncPro may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
